At Marktlink Exit Ready we specialize in providing entrepreneurs top-notch guidance and support for preparing their business for sale. Our goal is to make the process of buying or selling a business as smooth as possible. As we expand our business into Germany, we're seeking a pro-active and dynamic Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with entrepreneurs and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities. Your responsibilities
  • Build a network and support the local Marktlink subsidiaries with attracting entrepreneurs to engage in an Exit Ready project and/or Sale process;
  • Recruit entrepreneurs for Exit Ready projects; our dedicated consultancy program for optimizing companies to be sale-ready and to achieve a maximized valuation for the sale;
  • Proactively seek (telephone) contact with SME-entrepreneurs, engage them in meaningful conversations about business growth and how to prepare their business to be ready for selling;
  • Work together with the Business Development Team to actively think (strategically) about the further international growth of Marktlink and Exit Ready;
  • Help entrepreneurs plan their future and provide guidance during the last phase of entrepreneurship;
  • Continuous improvement, self-development and recording conversations accurately.
Your profile
  • Seasoned candidates with their extensive experience working with entrepreneurs and German SME network are welcome to apply;
  • Must have experience working with established entrepreneurs;
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to engage in meaningful conversations with German entrepreneurs and speak their ‘language’;
  • Must have a passion for entrepreneurship and is willing to continuously improve and develop business;
  • Fluent in German and has a German ‘background’;
  • Full understanding and experience with the German business culture;
  • A proven business development track record;
  • Available for 4-5 days a week;
  • Willing to travel extensively and being on the road;
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
