For our HR team in Den Bosch, we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits intern to support a wide range of HR tasks.

This internship at Marktlink offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in Compensation & Benefits within HR. As an intern, you will take on a supportive and administrative role, where you will be involved in a variety of tasks and projects related to employee benefits and HR policy.

Your responsibilities

Supporting the development and implementation of Compensation & Benefits policies.
Assisting in analysing salary structures and benchmarking employment conditions.
Supporting HR Business Partners with projects related to reward policies and employee benefits.
Participating in various HR projects, aligned with your interests.

Your profile

Studying HRM at a university of applied sciences (HBO) or academic (WO) level and looking for a challenging internship.
Available at least 4 days a week for a period of 5 months (working internship).
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Enthusiastic, analytical, service-oriented, proactive and flexible.
