• Independently manages complex financial administrations and reporting, including monthly and annual closings;
• Takes ownership of the strategic planning and control cycle;
• Leads projects focused on process optimization, data analysis, and automation;
• Identifies internal and external developments and delivers strategic financial advice to senior management;
• Actively engages with team members involved in their financial administration and plays a coaching role to encourage knowledge sharing;
• Builds and maintains strong relationships that contribute to Marktlink’s financial health;
• Ensures active communication and takes the lead in team meetings and complex discussions.

You have a proactive approach and find fulfillment in supporting colleagues. You are detail-oriented, numerically strong, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Next to that we would like you to have:

•    Higher professional education in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; 
•    8+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting withing a large company;
•    Proficiency in financial software, such as Exact Online (LucaNet is a pré);
•    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
•    Fluent in English and Dutch;
•    Professional certifications such as RA or AA are a plus.
