Team Lead Content

Your goal
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Content to strengthen our Marketing team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will lead and inspire the content team, develop and optimise our always-on content strategy, and create impactful storytelling for both our Dutch and international offices.

You will manage the balance between daily operations, planning, deadlines, and quality control. Next to that you will be responsible for the strategic content direction and process improvement. As the bridge between execution and impact, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with colleagues from Marketing and other departments across the Netherlands and abroad.
Your responsibilities
  • Lead and coach the content team;
  • Develop and implement a cross-media content strategy that supports international growth;
  • Define and uphold brand tone of voice and ensure consistency across all channels;
  • Oversee & ensure quality in copywriting, visual content, and content distribution;
  • Monitor KPI’s, analyze results, and provide strategic insights;
  • Identify new formats, channels, and content opportunities;
  • Optimize processes, tools, and workflows.
Your profile
  • 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or related field (agency or corporate);
  • Experience with leadership and team development;
  • Experience with international PR agencies;
  • Strategic mindset + hands-on execution; you can think ahead but also roll up your sleeves;
  • Strong experience with SEO, analytics, content distribution and storytelling;
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in Dutch and English;
  • Data-driven approach; ability to measure, learn, and improve.
