Your goal

Marktlink Debt Advisory is the latest addition to our growing business. With the demand for expert capital structuring and financing advice continuing to rise, we empower entrepreneurs, Private Equity investors, and businesses with tailored debt solutions to support growth, acquisitions, and transitions.

You will work on diverse and challenging financing transactions that require analytical insight, commercial thinking, and strong execution skills. You’ll support clients in navigating acquisition financing, refinancing and restructuring processes. All within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment where you’ll gain real responsibility from day one.

Your responsibilities

As an Analyst, you can expect the following tasks:

Support clients in arranging acquisition financing, refinancings and restructuring processes.
Conduct financial and company analyses, assess capital structures and support decision-making with well-founded insights.
Assist in the preparation of complex financial models, financing memoranda and management meetings.
Participate in client meetings, lender negotiations and transaction structuring discussions.

Your profile

You are hands-on, entrepreneurial, and driven to build something new. You are excited to be part of a dynamic and ambitious team, and you bring a mix of curiosity, a learning mindset and a client-oriented way of thinking. Additionally, we would like you to have:

A master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
Native Dutch fluency and strong command of written and verbal English.
Excellent analytical thinking, with financial modelling skills considered a plus.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative spirit, proactive mindset and drive to succeed
