Your goal
Your responsibilities
- Conduct strategic analyses that directly support the Strategic Plan and growth decisions such as new markets, labels and international expansion;
- Translate complex data and strategies into clear insights and compelling presentations for partners and management;
- Advise and challenge the CFO, Managing Partners and Management Team on strategic priorities and positioning;
- Prepare partner meetings and MT sessions where strategy, performance and ambitions are discussed;
- Act as sparring partner to the CFO by shaping analyses, scenarios and strategic storylines;
- Benchmark competitors, consultancies and market developments to identify opportunities and risks;
- Support investment decisions and long-term growth initiatives;
- Contribute to building a strong internal strategic narrative across the organization.
Your profile
- 2–5 years of experience at a top strategy consulting firm or in-house strategy role within an international organization;
- HBO or WO level of thinking and working;
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills;
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, especially in PowerPoint;
- Proactive and comfortable challenging the status quo;
- Able to translate complex topics into clear and structured insights;
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leadership;
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment;
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
